KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requires two documents: a valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driving licence) and proof of address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or tax return). Upload high-resolution images of both documents through your account settings. Our verification team reviews submissions within one to two business days. If your documents are unclear or missing information, we will request updated images. Verification is required before you can withdraw funds from xcom.
You can adjust account preferences (email, mobile number, password) by logging in and visiting your Account Settings page. To change your password, enter your current password, then your new password, and confirm. Two-factor authentication can be enabled or disabled in the Security section. If you want to pause account activity temporarily, contact our support team with your request. We do not offer automated account preferences, account suspension features, or account controls; these requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
Our support team responds to inquiries in English during standard business hours. Typical response time for account-related questions, withdrawal requests, or technical issues is one to two business days. During high-volume periods or public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, Nyepi), response times may extend slightly. For urgent account security issues (suspected unauthorized access, compromised credentials), mark your message as urgent and we will prioritize review. You can reach support via email or through the contact form on our website.
Payments and transactions
To deposit via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet: log in to your xcom account, go to Deposit, select your payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. You will be directed to your wallet app to complete payment. Once payment is confirmed, funds appear in your xcom account within minutes. Make sure your mobile banking, local payment, or online payment account is active and has sufficient balance. Deposits are processed instantly; if your deposit does not appear within subject to verification, check your wallet app transaction history, then contact support with your transaction reference number. All deposits are final.
Yes, xcom accepts direct bank transfers from e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment. To deposit via bank transfer: log in, go to Deposit, select Bank Transfer, choose your bank (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment), and you will receive a unique account number and reference code. Transfer the exact amount using your bank app, and include the reference code in the transaction note. Bank transfers typically process within one to three hours during business hours. Weekend and holiday transfers may take longer. Keep your transaction receipt and reference code for support inquiries if funds do not arrive.
Promotion codes are entered during account registration or in your Account Settings under Promotions. After you create your xcom account, go to Promotions, paste your code, and click Apply. Codes are case-sensitive and valid for a limited time. Not all users qualify for all promotions; eligibility depends on your account status, deposit history, and jurisdiction. If a code is rejected, check that it is spelled correctly, still valid, and applies to your account type. Promotion terms and conditions are displayed before you apply any code. Contact support if you have questions about a specific promotion.
Game rules and access
New users should read the Terms of Use (covers account eligibility, payment terms, dispute resolution) and Game Rules (covers slot RTP, live-dealer house edge, sportsbook settlement, esports market rules). Slot games like Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways use Random Number Generators (RNG) for fair outcomes. Live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) operate with real dealers and fixed payout percentages. Sportsbook bets on Liga 1 and international tournaments settle based on official match results. Esports markets (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile) settle according to tournament organizer announcements. Review the specific game rules before placing activity.
